The wuxia open-world Where Winds Meet (Everstone Studio / NetEase) releases the new themed region Qingzhou today, October 15, 2026.
What arrives today
Qingzhou takes players from the Eastern Peak (inspired by Mount Tai) down to coastal plains and the point where the Yellow River meets the sea, with landscapes based on Shandong province. It is the first major “theme region” map expansion.
Key additions on the 15th:
- New explorable area with villages, mountain trails and coastlines.
- Support weapon Ribbon Drum: combines rhythmic strikes, crowd control and ally buffs.
- Sect Inkbound Order: focused on art, music and debate. Players can join while keeping their original affiliation and unlock the card-based PvP mode “Duel of Wits.”
- Three world bosses: Tidewatcher (bamboo stilts and floral spear), Old Raftsman (staff style on a raft) and Zhu Yinghan (shuttlecock kicks).
What comes next
The mist-covered island of Penglai (with seaside academies) opens on October 29, along with more stories and the Mount Tai Blizzard event.
The Qingzhou trailer premiered at IGN Fan Fest and the official roadmap confirms the schedule. Ideal for fans of wuxia exploration, alternative sects and team-support combat.
