Auroch Digital has set Warhammer Survivors for November 10, 2026. The official Warhammer bullet heaven comes to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store, plus iOS and Android, for $7.99, £6.39, or €7.49. It also joins Game Pass at launch, and a demo is already available on PC.
The announcement was logged on October 6 by Gematsu, with the listing confirmed on the Steam page. The Bristol studio, known for Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun, is developing the game with the Warhammer brand and poncle, the studio behind Vampire Survivors.
What the game offers
The pitch is the survivors format: hordes, evolving weapons, and short runs, split between the 41st millennium of Warhammer 40,000 and the Mortal Realms of Age of Sigmar. Stages cited range from the plains of Aqshy to the corridors of an abandoned Space Hulk.
Revealed champions include Malum Caedo, the Space Marine from Boltgun, Cadian Trooper Kozlowski, Intercessor Brother Luca, Stormcast Neave Blacktalon, Gotrek Gurnisson, and Sharynn Azurwrath. The Steam page mentions more than 40 champions. The arsenal includes a bolter, a chainsword, axes, and even a pot of Nuln Oil paint as an easter egg.
Why it matters
The Vampire Survivors format has already become its own licensed lane. Here the link is direct: poncle is on the project, and Auroch brings the hero of the retro FPS it made. On Steam, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 is listed for October 14, about four weeks before Survivors. They are not the same product, but they put the Bristol studio behind two official Warhammer games in a short sequence.
The low price and Game Pass availability also change the reach. This is not a $70 launch: it is a short-session pixel game, with a demo already open for anyone who wants to test the pace before November 10.
