The New Denpa Men ends service on December 7

Genius Sonority will end The New Denpa Men on December 7, 2026, at 11:00 Japan time. The official notice went up on October 5 on the game’s website. The studio says it tried to keep the service running, but concluded it could not continue offering an experience that met player expectations.

The free-to-play RPG launched on Switch on July 22, 2024, reached iOS and Android on March 10, 2025, and arrived on Switch 2 on April 6, 2026, according to Gematsu. The Denpa Men series belongs to Genius Sonority, a studio known for Pokémon spin-offs. This notice, however, covers only the online service of The New Denpa Men.
