ASUS is now presenting the ProArt GR1X RTX Spark as a gaming mini-PC as well. The product page has a Game Ready section and says the system delivers more than 100 fps at 1440p in AAA games. The line does not say which titles, which graphics preset, or whether the figure includes frame generation.
What happened?
The ProArt GR1X RTX Spark is a compact ProArt desktop, built first for creators and local AI agents. The processor is the NVIDIA RTX Spark N1X, a superchip that pairs a Blackwell GPU with 6,144 CUDA cores and a 20-core Grace CPU. ASUS lists up to 1 petaflop of FP4 AI performance, 64 GB or 128 GB of unified LPDDR5X memory, and a 140 W TDP. The chassis measures 150 × 150 × 51 mm, in anodized black or silver.
In the gaming area, the official page cites DLSS Dynamic Multi Frame Generation, Reflex, Project G-Assist, and RTX Remix. ASUS describes dynamic Multi Frame Generation as a feature that adjusts generated output to the display refresh rate. RTX Remix is presented as a path to rebuild older games with path tracing and AI graphics tools. VideoCardz and Wccftech noted the marketing shift on October 9, 2026, from asus.com.
Why it matters
RTX Spark started as a Windows platform for local agents, creation, and games on the same device, with unified memory instead of dedicated VRAM. NVIDIA had already announced support from studios such as EA, Embark, and Ubisoft. ASUS is now trying to show that a 140 W mini-PC made for AI can also sit on a 1440p gaming desk.
The 100-plus fps figure on the ProArt GR1X RTX Spark should be read as a marketing claim. There is no game list, internal resolution, graphics quality, or DLSS and frame-generation factor. The chip's Blackwell architecture supports Multi Frame Generation, so part of that result may come from interpolated frames rather than native rendering. Without independent testing, the GR1X cannot be compared fairly with a traditional desktop GPU.
What changes in practice?
- Anyone looking for a mini-PC for local agents and creation will now also see the ProArt GR1X RTX Spark positioned for games, with DLSS, Reflex, and RTX Remix listed by ASUS.
- Official configs are 64 GB or 128 GB of unified memory, 6,144 CUDA cores, and a 140 W TDP.
- The cited performance of more than 100 fps at 1440p does not name a title or preset. Independent reviews are needed before treating the number as a real average.
- Partners such as Lenovo and Acer are also preparing RTX Spark PCs for October. The GR1X is the ProArt version of the same superchip.
