NVIDIA DSX POD: Modular AI Factories Ready in as Little as 14 Days

NVIDIA announced the NVIDIA DSX POD, a reference design for complete AI factories based on the Vera Rubin platform, built by partners in modular containers, integrated and validated before delivery.

The NVIDIA DSX POD announcement came during GTC Berlin. Units arrive ready to connect to a prepared site (power, cooling, networking and supporting infrastructure), reducing deployment time from about six months to as little as 14 days. This accelerates time to first production token — when the factory begins generating production tokens and revenue.

Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA, said: “An AI factory creates value when it starts producing tokens — not when construction is complete. With NVIDIA DSX POD, we’re bringing factory-built precision and speed to AI infrastructure construction.”

What changes in practice

DSX POD moves integration of compute, networking, cabling, rack-level power and liquid cooling to partners’ manufacturing facilities. This reduces onsite planning, specialized labor, logistics and component delay risks. Partners include Anduril, Armada, Bull, Dell Technologies, Delta, Eaton, Foxconn (Ingrasys), GIGABYTE, HPE, Lenovo, Pegatron, Quanta Cloud Technology (QCT), Schneider Electric, Vertiv and Wistron. Worldwide availability of NVIDIA DSX POD is expected in early 2027.

This is a concrete advance of the DSX platform (announced earlier), now focused on modular container deployment to accelerate AI capacity.
