AiMOGA Robotics officially launched on 23 October 2026 Mobo, its first consumer-grade humanoid family companion robot. The announcement was made from the company's headquarters in Wuhu, China, during an international users summit with sister brands, and marks the Chery-linked brand's entry into the domestic robotics market.
Standing 0.9 metres tall with 22 degrees of freedom, Mobo was presented as a companion for family life. According to the company, it offers interactive learning, storytelling and object recognition for children, as well as conversational companionship and customisable reminders for older adults. The robot supports more than 20 languages, including Bahasa Malaysia.
It runs on MoAgent, described by AiMOGA as a dual-brain architecture for real-time responses, multitasking and adaptive learning, with facial recognition and MogaCloud integration. The company also highlights spatial perception, spatial memory for locating objects, and social navigation that recognises pedestrian paths and interaction zones.
Beyond the home, AiMOGA sees professional potential for Mobo in customer service and logistics. Since its debut in August 2026, the robot has attracted more than 10,000 prospective users, according to the release, and 35 were selected as Global User Experience Officers, with one year of complimentary use. The company also plans 300 global experience centres and a robot leasing brand, Jia Tian Xia, in Wuhu.
