Majora’s Mask arrives on Nintendo Music on October 9

Nintendo will make music from Majora’s Mask available on the Nintendo Music app starting October 9, 2026. Famitsu recorded the date from a notice by Nintendo itself, posted on October 5 on the company’s official account in Japan.

The The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask set includes the main theme and other tracks from scenes in Termina, the world players move through in three-day cycles. Famitsu does not say the full soundtrack arrives at once. What is confirmed is the game entering the service on that date, with the main theme and music from various scenes.

What is already live

On Nintendo Today!, the Zelda collectible card pack switched on October 4 to the Majora’s Mask pack. Each card includes a quiz. Nintendo also pointed to related icons. Nintendo of America had already announced the card swap the same day, without spelling out the Music release date.

Nintendo Music is the phone app where the company gathers official tracks from its own games. Majora’s Mask joins that shelf in the middle of the marking of The Legend of Zelda’s 40th anniversary, alongside other activations already running in Nintendo’s news app.

What has not been detailed

The full track list and the exact unlock time on October 9 do not appear in Famitsu’s report. This announcement also does not confirm a rerelease of the game itself. It is an update to the music service and the card app, not a new port.
