The anime Bocchi the Rock! will stream the Kessoku Band concert scheduled for November 1, 2026, free on YouTube. The announcement came on Thursday, October 8, from the series' official channel and was reported by Dengeki Online.
What is happening
The performance is part of the SHELTER 35th Anniversary Finale, titled “Zepp ga SHELTER ni narimasu.” It is Day 1 at Zepp Diver City in Tokyo, with doors at 4:30 p.m. and start at 5:30 p.m. local time. The stream will run on the anime's official YouTube channel at no cost.
All four voice performers of the fictional band are on stage: Yoshino Aoyama, Sayumi Suzushiro, Saku Mizuno and Ikumi Hasegawa. The announced instrumental lineup includes Ritsuo Mitsui and akkin on guitar, Osamu Hidai on drums and Yuichi Takama on bass.
Why it matters
Shimokitazawa SHELTER is the real live house that inspired Starry, the stage in Hamaji Aki's series, published by Houbunsha and adapted by Aniplex. Closing the 35th anniversary with a Kessoku Band one-man show at Zepp follows a month of concerts at SHELTER itself.
Dengeki Online says in-person tickets cost 5,535 yen plus one drink, for all-standing and second-floor reserved seats. The free stream widens access to a show that, according to Sankei, was already sold out.
What else was announced
The same news package includes a December 23 release of the LP Re: Kessoku Band, a vinyl edition of the band's album, according to Sankei. The exact track list still depends on the label's official material.
The official anime channel is youtube.com/@btr_anime_official. The SHELTER anniversary site is shelter35th.com, and the series page is bocchi.rocks.
