Arctic Eggs on Xbox: now available on Series X/S; Mouthwashing hits Game Pass on October 29

Arctic Eggs on Xbox is now available. During the ID@Xbox x IGN Showcase on October 20, 2026, publisher CRITICAL REFLEX announced that three of its most talked-about indie titles are coming to the platform. The immediate highlight is Arctic Eggs, which arrived today on Xbox Series X|S.

What happened?

Arctic Eggs, developed by The Water Museum, is a surreal cooking game set in a dystopian Antarctic city. Players control a poultry peddler who must fry eggs — and objects like beer bottles, bullets, and cigarettes — on a physics-based frying pan with precision. The title is available for around $9.99 on Xbox Series X|S.

At the same time, the acclaimed psychological horror Mouthwashing, from Wrong Organ, arrives on October 29, 2026 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Xbox on PC, and day one on Xbox Game Pass. The game, which has already sold over 800,000 copies on Steam and won best narrative awards at horror events, places the player aboard the space freighter Tulpar, where the crew faces dwindling supplies and dark secrets.

Why it matters

Mouthwashing became one of the most discussed indie horror games of recent years, with strong critical reception. Its arrival on Game Pass should significantly expand its reach. Arctic Eggs on Xbox offers a peculiar and memorable experience that already circulated well on PC. The third title, No, I’m Not a Human, arrives in 2027 also on Game Pass.

The news was confirmed on the official Xbox Wire and in showcase reports.
