ArcheAge Chronicles will enter Early Access on Steam on 3 November 2026, at 3:00 PM Pacific (6:00 PM Eastern), for $29.99. Information status: CONFIRMED for the date, time, price and pre-orders, announced by XLGAMES itself on Steam on 27 October 2026.
The open-world action MMORPG, developed in Unreal Engine 5, is set in Auroria around 50 years after the events of the original ArcheAge — the project was previously known as ArcheAge 2. The Early Access version features three explorable regions — Diamond Shores, Gylden Ruins and Astron Plains — four classes and eight weapons, two per class, plus exploration, dungeons, raids, PvP, housing, crafting, trading, and company and guild activities.
Pre-orders are already open on Steam and include the Dawn Pioneer Set bonus, an exclusive pre-order costume set for a single class of the player's choice, which can be claimed in game once Early Access begins. The model is buy-to-play: there is no monthly subscription.
XLGAMES expects Early Access to last around 9 to 12 months, a schedule that may change based on player feedback and development progress. The full release is planned to add more regions, gender options for classes, a third weapon for each class, refined combat balance, progression and quality-of-life features, as well as expanded life skills and community content. The price may change at full release, and the company promises to announce any change in advance.
